▣사용법(순서대로 적용한다).

█1단계 - 엔진클리너<검정색 뚜껑용기> 사용법

①크리너를 꺼내서 두 번으로 나누어 사용해야한다.

②현재 엔진오일이 있는 상태(오일이 정량으로 있는 상태)에서, 총사용해야 할 크리너를 절반(1/2)만 엔진오일 주입구에 주입한다.

③주입 후에는 약 400km를 운행한다(만일 운행이 1일 30~40km 미만을 운행하는 차량은 10일동안 매일 30분씩 운행을 하거나 시동을 걸어 두어도 동일한 효과가 있다)

④남겨진 절반(1/2)의 엔진크리너는 1차 엔진크리너를 주입 후 400km 운행한 상태에서, 전과같이 주입한 후 400km를 또 운행한다(운행이 1일 30~40km 미만을 운행하는 차량은 10일동안 매일 30분씩 운행을 하거나 시동을 걸어 두어도 동일한 효과가 있다)

⑤총800km운행 후(혹은 20일간 시공을 마친 후)엔 즉시 지체하지 말고, 엔진오일을 교환하고, ▌▌2단계 엔진큐어(엔진치료-복원제)를 주입해야 한다(엔진큐어 사용법을 따른다)

█ █2단계 엔진큐어(엔진치료-복원제)<녹색뚜껑 용기> 사용법.

①반드시, 새 엔진오일일 때 사용해야 하며, 두 번으로 나누어 사용해야한다.

②오일이 따뜻할 때 사용해야 되므로, 약10분정도 차량을 운행하거나 공회전을 하여 오일을 따뜻한 상태로 만든다.

③제품 주입 전에 반드시 시동을 끈다. 주입해야 할 엔진큐어를 잘 흔들어서 병 안에 있는 내용물이 모두 풀어지게 한 후에 총사용해야 할 양의 절반(1/2)만 엔진오일 주입구에 주입한다.

④주입 후에는 즉시 시동을 걸어서, 엔진큐어와 엔진오일을 섞어주기 위해, 파킹(P)상태에서 약2.000~2.500rpm 상태(화물차는 rpm계기판의 rpm눈금이 전체 계기판의 1/3지점=주행모드의 rpm)가 될 때까지 가속페달을 밟아 3분간 반드시 공회전을 유지해 주어야 한다.

⑤3분간 공회전을 마친 후엔 시동을 끄지 말고, 반드시 약1시간정도 운행을 해주거나 시동을 걸어두어야 한다.

⑥약1시간정도 운행을 마친 후, 나머지 엔진큐어는 약800km~1.000km운행을 한 후에 ③과 동일한 방법으로 나머지를 주입하고 ④와 같이 실행한다.

◘ 중장비와 같이 운행거리(km)로 제품사용을 할 수 없는 경우는 시간으로 환산해서 적용한다 / 중장비와 농기계, 선박등의 사용법.

█1단계 엔진클리너<검정색 뚜껑용기> 사용법

①크리너를 꺼내서 두번으로 나누어 사용해야한다.

②현재 엔진오일이 있는 상태(오일이 정량으로 있는 상태)에서, 총사용해야 할 크리너를 절반(1/2)만 엔진오일 주입구에 주입한다.

③엔진크리너 주입 후에는 약 6~7시간을 운행한다.

④남겨진 절반(1/2)의 엔진크리너는 1차 엔진크리너를 주입 후, 약 6~7시간을 운행한 상태에서, 전과같이 또 주입한 후 약 6~7시간을 더 운행한다.

⑤총 12~14시간 운행 후엔 즉시 지체하지 말고, 엔진오일을 교환하고, ▌▌2단계 엔진큐어(엔진치료-복원제)를 주입해야 한다(엔진큐어 사용법을 따른다)

█ █2단계 엔진큐어(엔진치료-복원제)<녹색뚜껑 용기> 사용법.

①반드시, 새 엔진오일일 때 사용해야 하며, 두 번으로 나누어 사용해야한다.

②오일이 따뜻할 때 사용해야 되므로, 약10분정도 차량을 운행하거나 공회전을 하여 오일을 따뜻한 상태로 만든다.

③제품 주입 전에 반드시 시동을 끈다. 주입해야 할 엔진큐어를 잘 흔들어서 내용물이 모두 풀어지게 한 후에 총사용해야 할 양의 절반(1/2)만 엔진오일 주입구에 주입한다.

⑤공회전을 마친 후에 시동을 끄지 말고 약1시간정도 운행을 한다.

⑥약1시간정도 운행을 마친 후, 나머지 엔진큐어는 약12~14시간을 운행 한 후에 ③과 동일한 방법으로 나머지를 주입하고 ④와 같이 실행한다.

▣제품사용량

엔진의 크기에 따라 적용하며, 엔진오일이 엔진에 들어가는 양으로 엔진의 크기를 가늠한다. 엔진큐어 1쎄트는 엔진오일 약4리터 들어가는 크기의 엔진에 사용한다.

(엔진오일량 ∻ 4 = 엔진큐어 사용량, 이때 가급적이면 반올림상태로 계산해서 사용하는 것이 좋다)

▣엔진큐어 사용효과

▶1단계 엔진크리너 단계에서는 - 치료, 복원해야 할, 엔진내부의 금속간의 마찰로 인하여 생긴 흠집난 부위에 끼어 있는 카본이 제거가 되면서 카본마찰이 없어지므로 엔진이 매우 부드러워진다.

▶2단계 엔진큐어 단계에서는 - 엔진내부의 금속간에 마찰로 인하여 손상된 흠집이 복원이 되기 시작하면서, 새차엔진 상태로 회복되어지게 되고, 엔진의 소음이 조용해지고 엔진의 출력이 증강되고 그에 따라서 연비의 향상도 동반하게 된다.(또한, 새차는 엔진내부의 금속간의 마찰표면을 미리 강력하게 코팅을 하게 되므로, 엔진큐어 사용 후에는 새차상태로 오래도록 유지되어진다)

▶엔진큐어는 엔진오일을 교환할 때마다 사용하는 것이 아니며, 엔진큐어 사용 후 약5~6만km 운행한 후에 한번 더 사용해주면 더욱 좋다.

▣엔진큐어 사용상 꿀팁!

①1단계 사용 후, 2단계 엔진큐어 사용을 위하여, 바로 1시간 운행이 어려울 경우에는 엔진오일만 교환해 놓고, 1시간 운행이 가능할 때 2단계를 실행한다(이때 오일교환 후, 10일을 넘기지 않고 시공하는 것이 좋다)

②2단계 엔진큐어 단계에서는 절반씩 1,2차 나눠서 주입할 때 1차 주입 후 약400km운행 후와 2차 주입 후 약400km운행 후에 치료복원 부위에 흡착된 0.4마이크론의 광물질이 담금질이 빨리 되어, 단단히 코팅이 되도록 고속주행(100km/h)을 30분정도 이상 해주면 엔진효율향상에 더욱 도움을 줄 수 있다

③엔진큐어 사용 후 엔진의 출력(힘)이 향상되면 예전같이 가속페달을 많이 밟지 않더라도 차가 힘있게 잘 나가게 되니, 연비향상에 큰 도움이 된다.

▣엔진큐어 적용 후-오일교환/ 엔진오일이 마찰이 생기는 흠집난 마찰금속표면이 엔진큐어로 메워지고, 메끄롭게 코팅이 되어져서 컨디션이 최상이 되기 때문에, 오일막의 손상이 가속화되지 않아 오일의 수명이 연장된다.

▶고급합성유를 사용할 경우는 오일의 수명이 약1.5~2배 가까이 연장이 되니, 오일교환주기도 1.5~2배 늘려서 교환해도 된다.

▶저렴한 순정유를 사용할 경우도 오일의 수명이 연장되니, 15.000km~20.000km에 교환해도 된다

※상기 두 경우 모두, 운전자의 주행습관과 차량 운행환경에 따라서 달라 질 수 있으므로 오일점검을 수시로 꼭 해야하며, 오일이 부족 할 때는 부족분을 채우고 운행해야 하며, 오일이 부족해지는 원인을 찾아서 수리를 해야 하고, 그에 따라서 오일교환이나 보충을 판단하고 진행해야만 한다.

※엔진오일의 양이나 냉각수의 양은 수시로 반드시 점검하면서 운행해야 한다.

▶년간 주행거리가 짧은 경우라도 오일은 9~12개월 사이엔 반드시 교환해 주는 것이 좋다.

※엔진큐어 시공 후 엔진오일은 수명이 늘어나서 교환주기가 늘어나지만, 엔진으로 유입되는 공기를 걸러주는 에어크리너는 3.000~5.000km운행 사이에 항상 교환해 주는 것이 최상의 엔진효율을 유지해 나가는데 크게 도움이 된다.

※주의사항.

•다른 엔진첨가제가 엔진에 들어있는 경우에는 새엔진오일로 교환 후에 사용해야 한다.

•엔진오일의 양이 반드시 정량인 상태에서 사용해야한다.

•엔진오일의 양이 부족한지를 항상 체크하여 반드시 정량을 유지하고 운행해야 한다.

•엔진오일의 순환이 잘되는지 항상 점검을 하고 운행해야 한다.

•어린이의 손이 닿지 않는 곳에 보관해야 한다.

•마셨을 경우 즉시 의사와 상의 후 조치를 취해야 한다.

•인화성이 있는 물질이므로 화기부근에는 놓지 않아야한다.

•직사광선을 피하고 서늘한 곳에 보관한다.

•여름철이나 햇빛이 뜨거울 경우 차내에 보관하지 않아야 한다.

•‣일반엔진코팅제나 첨가제와 같이 오일성type이 아닌 휘발성type이므로 제 기능을 다하고 케미컬성분은 증발하기 때문에 피스톤링의 막힘을 염려하지 않아도 된다.

•‣오일량이 정량보다 많을 때 사용하게 되면 일시적으로 엑셀페달 밟기가 뻑뻑하다는 느낌을 받을 수도 있으나, 빠른시간내에 케미컬성분이 증발되면서 그런 현상은 없어집니다.

•‣오일이 부족할 때 사용하게 되면 오일의 점도가 일시적으로 묽어져서 쇠소리가 날 수 있으나, 엔진큐어 사용 후에는 사라지게 된다.
